These General Terms of Sale apply to all reservations online for non-professional purposes from all Bowling Stones locations

1. Products

These Terms of Sale apply to the online reservation of lanes through the Bowling Stones online reservation platform as of other Bowling Stones products sold online such as food and beverage and or formulas . All products collectively are hereinafter referred to as “Products”.

2. Bowling Stones

These terms and conditions apply to all Bowling Stones establishments belonging on the one hand to NV Restobowl with company number BE 0423502889 and on the other hand to NV Megabowling with company number BE 0478331645, both companies with registered offices at 8870 Izegem, Grote Markt 4.

3. Customer

“Customer” is any person or company that purchases Products through the Website for non-professional purposes.

By going through the sales process and placing the order, the Customer confirms that he or she has the necessary competence to enter into this agreement, or at least has the authorization of his or her guardian.

4. Sales process

The Customer can purchase the Products on the Website and must complete the steps described there, such as indicating the desired Products and the desired quantity, going through the payment procedure and filling in the personal data necessary to reserve bowling lanes and any associated products and formulas. Each step of the sales process is explained on the Website. The Customer has the possibility to check and correct his order before making payment.

The Customer will have the opportunity to become familiar with these General Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Statement during the purchase. The purchase of Products implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and of the Privacy Statement.

5. Payment

The Products may be paid for through the online payment methods made available on the Website. The Customer must be responsible for the fees charged by his financial institution for transferring the amount of the purchase to Bowling Stones.

All purchases are payable immediately. Bowling Stones reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for indications of fraud.

6. Right of Withdrawal

By reserving and paying for bowling lanes, the Customer does not have a right of withdrawal. A reservation made cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7. Delivery

The Customer will always be sent a proof of purchase email summarizing the main details of the purchase. The Customer is responsible for keeping this e-mail. If the Customer does not receive a purchase confirmation, he must contact Bowling Stones by e-mail or by telephone.

8. Liability

8.1. Only in case of technical failures on the Website resulting in the Customer not receiving the purchased Products at the indicated email address, Bowling Stones will proceed to refund the purchased Products within a maximum period of 30 thirty days.

In any event, Bowling Stones’ liability is limited to the value of the Products purchased.

8.2 The Customer is himself liable for mistakes in the purchase process, such as providing an incorrect e-mail address, indicating an incorrect quantity of Products or properties of the Products (such as number of jobs,formulas,times etc).

8. Special conditions: attendance and order of reservation

The customer must be present ten minutes before the time of the reservation. If the customer is not present at the reserved time, the court may be given away. When making an online reservation of lanes with a combination of food, the order will always be bowling first and then food.

9. Personal data

To process and fulfill the purchase, Bowling Stones requires some personal information. The data collected during a purchase will be processed and used in accordance with Bowling Stones’ privacy statement, which the Customer can find on the Website.

10. Amendment of General Conditions of Sale.

Bowling Stones reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time and without notice.

The Customer can find from the General Terms and Conditions applicable to each purchase on the Website.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

In case of dispute, only the courts of the district in which the registered office of the Bowling Stones affiliates are located have jurisdiction and Belgian law is always applicable.
